Delivery Policy

At Öopenspace Furniture, we aim to bring you the best delivery service. Delivery costs are based on a ground floor or front door basis, unless otherwise stated.

We know furniture assembly can sometimes be an arduous task, and because of that, we do offer an additional and very affordable service for all Perth-based deliveries:

  • Standard Service is based on ground floor and up to the main door or building entrance.
  • Premium service includes delivery into door, up to two flights of stair or apartments with lifts.
  • Special Requirement : Items that are overweight and/or fragile are professionally delivered with  2 men or more.

All deliveries take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 9am to 4pm and because some deliveries might involve valuable goods, our couriers are entitled to produce a proof of delivery.

Alternate arrangements can be made to your delivery If you are unable to be at home to accept delivery. We can have your order left at your front door but note that while this option is available to facilitate and accommodate you with delivery, we take no responsibility for missing goods or damages. If delivery rescheduling is required, additional delivery charges will apply. 


Sometimes we need all the help we can get, and at Öopenspace, we offer very reasonable assembly rates starting from $30 and charged in subsequent blocks of 15mins. Please enquire for more information about our assembly time rates.

Delivery Lead Times

Delivery to other states will be advised on a case by case basis. Delivery times stated below is conditional upon your items are in stock : 

WA 1-4 DAYS 2-5 DAYS

*Note that the above lead times quoted are in business days and deliveries to Capital Cities only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional days for the items to reach you.

At Öopenspace Furniture, we endeavour to offer you the fastest delivery service. Do note that your geolocation and order size will also affect delivery lead times. In providing you with the best customer service with critical updates, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by a third party courier/freight company.

Delivery Charges

Our website provides a postage calculator where you can enter your postcode to calculate a standard delivery cos based on the size of your order. For certain products that are either too heavy, bulky or fragile, we will automatically include a premium delivery service. 

Öopenspace Furniture reserves the right to revise the freight cost calculated by the system if errors or discrepancies arises or if there was an increase in the freight costs by the third-party logistics companies. 

Picking up your order

Öopenspace Furniture warehouse is open to the public for pick-ups on an appointment basis on weekdays during the hours of 9am to 3pm. Please call us at 08 61621455 to book a time. Pick-up timings are subject to availability.

Due to health & safety regulations, items heavier than 20kg are not allowed to be picked up from the Subiaco showroom. For items that are more than 27kg or more than 1.2m in length, it is mandatory that you have 2 able-persons available for the pickup.

Our Subiaco showroom is only available for small accessories and homeware pick up only. 

Please note that Öopenspace Furniture is not responsible for any damages caused by third party personnels or companies that you arranged to collect your orders. Please check items carefully prior to signing the Delivery/Condition docket.
