Terms & conditions

Here at Öopenspace we appreciate that sometimes, people change their minds. Therefore, we offer a 7 day return policy for our accessories, artwork and furniture.

Should you change your mind on any accessories, simply return it within 7 days in its unopened packaging and original condition, along with proof of purchase.

For change of mind regarding artwork, please return it within 7 days of purchase in its original condition, and provide us with your proof of purchase. Artwork will be exchanged for store credit. As designers, we understand the importance of finding the perfect piece for your space. For this reason, we offer a 7 day return policy on our furniture. The product should be in its original condition, unscratched, and undamaged. If the product is not in its original packaging or has been assembled, customers will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Upon receiving your returned products, we will inspect it, and if everything is in its original condition, you will receive your refund within 14 working days. For change of mind returns, delivery costs will be at the buyers’ expense. Consequently, the refund you receive will be minus total delivery and collection costs.

Damaged product:
At Öopenspace, we pride ourselves on providing quality furniture to our customers. If you should receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of the receiving good. After 48 hours, it will be treated as a warranty claim. For warranty claims, customers are liable for the delivery and collection cost.

For fragile items and items with a gloss finish, damage such as scratches should be reported to Öopenspace within 24 hours of receiving the product in order for you to receive a full refund. For further information on which of our items are classified as fragile, please contact us.

All customers have the right to reject damaged product, and can choose from either a refund, store credit, an identical replacement, or a similar piece of furniture of a similar value (if stocks are available). Delivery costs for the collection of faulty items will be reimbursed, provided the customer can provide proof of the delivery amount. Refunds or replacement for damaged product will be arranged within 5 business days.

No refunds or replacements will be offered if upon inspecting the good, management decides that the product has become damaged due to wear and tear, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, failure to take reasonable care, or has been used in an abnormal way.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations of furniture product orders and custom orders will incur a minimum 30% cost of the cancelled order. The final cancellation fee will be decided at the discretion of Öopenspace.

Refunds and returns on sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for sale items and floor stock items.
