Warranty Terms & Conditions

Öopenspace Furniture offers a 7-year Structural Warranty for all our furniture pieces.

We warrant all other goods, barring fragile products as above, from manufacturing defects that is, structural, material or workmanship for a 12 months period.

Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, improperly maintained or modified goods.

Any claims after 24 hours will be treated as warranty claims and delivery/pickup charge/call-out will apply.

Depending on product condition and circumstances, it will be either repaired or replaced, and based solely at the management’s discretion.

Return Policy


Change of mind

Wrong choices are made now and then, and therefore we understand if we sometimes find ourselves buy a product that does not suit. This is why we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you are unhappy with a particular product. (except for lighting and plants)

For any change of minds, we will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of you receiving the products. Please note that all return costs will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be minus any delivery, assembly and/or collection costs.

In refunding, we will require that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. This will mitigate a 20% restocking fee that will apply if the products are not returned in their original condition.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will do an inspection and upon finding that everything is in perfect condition, The refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Customised Orders

We have an extensive collection of fully customisable modules and fabrics at Öopenspace Furniture to suit your space perfectly. While we do so, please note that we are unable to offer refunds for custom items once the order is placed. Therefore, please ensure that all custom ordered items are thoroughly considered, and the order invoice carefully checked prior to processing the order.

Sale & Floor stock Clearance Items

We do not offer returns, refunds or store credits for any sale items, including items sold as floor stock.

Damaged Goods

Upon arrival of your boxes, please note any damage to the boxes as well as any damage to the items themselves. If you feel that the damage to an item or a box is too severe, please refuse the package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if others are in good condition.

For VIP service, upon completion of assembly (if apply), our team will request that you check the product carefully prior to signing the Delivery/Condition docket. Damage claims thereafter will be treated as a warranty claim and there will be a delivery/call-out (if required) cost incurred in the claim process.

For Standard/Premium service, It is important that you the buyer inspect the product and report to Öopenspace Furniture of damages within 24 hours. Damages must be notified within this 24-hour window otherwise it will be considered as a warrnaty claim. Damage claims thereafter will be treated as a warranty claim and there will be a delivery/call-out (if required) cost incurred in the claim process.

It is also recommended that all items are in their original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. A 20% restocking fee will apply if goods are not returned in their original condition.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, upon the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way, affected by other products (eg.mattresses), natural environment/climate or failure to take reasonable care.

Fragile products

Please note that with more fragile products, we require a 24 hour notice period on any initial faults (eg.scratching) once the goods are received.

Items include mirrors, glass products, gloss finishes and marble finishes.
